AFRAM was part of the construction subcontractors on this project and responsible for the management of five stations providing field inspection and coordination of subcontractor’s activities.
St. Clair County Metro Link Extension, St. Clair, Illinois
AFRAM was hired by the contractor on Line Section 2 as the CPM Scheduling consultant to develop the overall project control system including cost-loaded pre-construction and final baseline schedule using detailed network diagram from the information provided by the general contractor. Plots Network Logic Diagrams (NLD), tabular printouts with cost earned value, resources histograms and developed narrative reports describing the overall project philosophy and construction plan utilizing Primavera Project planner (P3).
